Founded in 1999 by well-known restaurateur Ahboy, Starry Sky Marina Hotpot has evolved over the years, consistently breaking traditions and updating its offerings. This transformation led to the creation of a chain of hot pot restaurants specializing in pork bone broth. With six branches across Malaysia, the restaurant now employs 120 professionally trained staff members and offers over 100 mouth-watering dishes.
The signature soup base at Starlight Marina is its Marina Pork Bone Soup, made from fresh ingredients, spices, and pork bones, carefully simmered for six hours. This slow cooking process extracts the rich flavors and nutrients from the bones, creating a thick, savory broth that complements all ingredients. For an enhanced taste, the pork bone broth is paired with premium Shaoxing wine, making it a top choice for customers and a must-try for food lovers. In addition to the signature pork bone broth, the restaurant offers a range of flavorful soup bases, including tom yum, tomato, chicken, and spicy mala, allowing guests to choose their preferred base.
